GRATITUDE

FEELING GOOD FACTOR

Feeling of gratitude, receiving or expressing gratitude provides us with a greater sense of purpose in life. 

Research evidence have brought forward results that confirmed that who is holding a grateful attitude is less depressed, if not at all depressed, less stressed and are more aware of all the good things that keep coming their way. 

This is what we commonly call the Law of Gratitude or the Law of Cause and Effect. In that sense, your thoughts are the Cause and reality the Effect.

So it is now easy to think simply that if we want to change our reality, we must first change our deeper thoughts and thought process.

However, whatever science and research evidence say that we already know, gratitude generally attracts the same gesture of gratitude in return. 


Take this self awareness exercise and test your self-awareness level, satrting your statements if possible with "I am grateful" or "I am feeling grateful today because...":

Halloween

SUCCESS SPELL




Ingredients:

* cauldron
* charcoal
* dirt
* sulfur, salt, pepper
* your goal in mind


  1. Go and get 9 hand full of graveyard dirt
  2. Mix them with sulfur, salt and pepper
  3. sprinkle a little bit on charcoal and burn it
  4. Pray and visualize success achieved
  5. Repeat whenever you need to be successful in any endeavour

Get In Sight

MOON LIGHT RITUAL MIX


At Abracadabra-Wiccan, we have prepared this special mixed of herbs and precious stones to use to gain the sight, the Witch's Eye that leads to true sight.

Time to be used: full moon

Material needed:

* spring water (or rain water)
* a white clothe
* a silver or copper vessel
* the mix of herbs and stone/s

This ritual is one to gain Sight and gather Power (the Witch's fire).

Those following herbs are known to grant vision; they are safe when diluted with  spring water. If allergic to chamomile, only get the mix without chamomile.

The mix is to be used ideally by the light of the full moon in a silver or copper container. This ritual helps you to develop your inner eye, and observe both the inner and outer worlds.

Our mixed are composed of:

Mixed A) with chamomile

- chamomile, Eyebright, Mugwort, Star anise, and a moonstone.

Mixed B) without chamomile:


- Eyebright, Mugwort, Star anise, Vinca flowers, and a moonstone

Abondance

CREATE PROSPERITY

To create prosperity, we need to be clear with our intention

Meditation and practice might be necessary to even put a project together

November is the month of prosperity. We might have enough to meet our basic needs, and even share with others, however, as we know, research confirmed the metaphysical law of abundance, and giving to others increases our own health in return. But, if there is a but, generosity is not something we calculate. We don't give to receive, or it does not work. We share because we like sharing, sharing ourselves, because true abundance comes from the heart, when it is born from a desire to help or just the pleasure to give.

In our intention to give there is therefore a sense of responsibility too, to share what I have with those I love or those in needs. There is Halloween or Samhain end of October, and Yule or Christmas end of December. This is the end of the year, and we have plenty of reasons to think of giving.

With genuine generosity comes the sense of abundance though. There is also gratitude.

We often forget to give thanks for what we have, or even forget to ask for what we need, for ourselves and for others. We forget the divine forces at work. If we forget to thanks or ask, we then forget ourselves in the process, and the forces of the universe will forget us too.

When setting our intention, it is not a bad idea to sit and jot down a list of our assets, be they jobs, homes, investments, health and love too. These are positive resources for which we could express thanks and let this energy of abundance fulfill our hearts and our whole being. generosity may start there as we could as well send this energy out to others too.

Projects are different, they might be personal or involve a community but they are part of the attitude. Creating abundance involving a community might be cooking for others for example, or create a communal garden where there will be enough vegetables and flowers for every one at some point, and plenty left over.

Grief & Emotional pain

To find closure

Timing

On a waning moon to carry grief out with the tide, Saturday being the best of the days, as it is the day of Saturn the banisher

Purpose: although grief and emotional pain are human experiences and naturally part of our lives, but hen we have given ourselves time and space for these emotions to help us grow and mature, it I'd also healthy to know hoe to let those emotions with their pain go.

Some cultures mark the end of mourning with some rituals

Key words: end of a happy time, break up, death or loss

This ritual will help you to move on


What you need:

1 black candle 6-8 inch
Matches or lighter
1 copper or bronze (colored) coin
1 large cauldron
1 small dark rounded pebble
1 teaspoon of water
2 trowels full of soil or dirt
4 oz of red wine or grape juice


Cast this spell

1) cast a circle (if you don't know how, just ask me)

2) light the candle saying:
Light upon grief
Cast out all pain
Tears to be lost
Happiness gained

3) place the coin in your cauldron and say:
Ties are now rent
Anger is spent

Place the pebble in the cauldron and say:
Banished the frown
Weighing me down

Pour in the water and say:
hence the last
Teardrop passed

4) cover all this with the dirt and raise your chalice or glass of wine and say:
A toast to sorrows gone
That will not come again

5) drink half and put the remaining onto the dirt, saying:
The earth to soak up
The last of this cup

6) place the cauldron next to the candle until it is completely burned down. Then remove it and keep it in a hidden place for one moon cycle, then bury the dirt and it's contents, after dark, and away from your home.
